How HorizonHost scored OVHcloud
Support is tickets, docs and local hours. Quality is the published stack and network class. Customer experience is onboarding and day-two ops. Value is list price versus what you get. Reliability is uptime reputation and ops maturity. Overall also weighs location coverage and product fit.
